These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DayCount mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it except as permitted by law, or using it in any unlawful way.
You are responsible for the content you create in the App (such as item names, dates, and notes). This content is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; uninstalling the App or deleting items removes the associated data.
The App can schedule local notifications and, if you enable it, add events to a calendar you choose. These features are provided on a best-effort basis. Delivery of notifications and calendar synchronization depend on your device settings, the operating system, and your calendar provider, and cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on the App as the sole reminder for critical or time-sensitive matters.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any date calculations, counts, or reminders will be accurate or timely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, missed events, or missed reminders, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence to the extent applicable, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by the Apple Standard EULA.
